    投标人应具备的资格或业绩：

    （1）投标人必须是合法运作的独立机构（提供营业执照副本复印件加盖公司公章或商务执业许可证）。

    （2）投标人必须为中国国际招标网注册用户（www.chinabidding.com）。

    （3）投标人必须为制造商或授权代理商(投标人须取得货物制造商对后续保修保养服务方案的承诺书的原件),且在招标机构登记并购买了招标文件。

    （4）投标人不得与买方或招标机构有利害关系。

    （5）两家以上投标人的投标产品为同一家制造商或集成商生产的，按一家投标人计算。

    （6）投标机型获得中华人民共和国医疗器械注册证认证。
